Shipping Information: We ship to U.S. addresses and Internationally. If you live outside the U.S. and would like to order from us, please contact us at sales@curvyqt.com for shipping information.
All Domestic orders are shipped and should be received within 5-7 business days, not including holidays.

We offer a limited exchange policy on new merchandise starting from the date of shipment.
We only issue size exchanges or store credit on items that show no signs of wear or misuse.
Items are inspected for flaws prior to being shipped from our inventory.
Please save the invoice you received with your package. This is your receipt and it has important information that will help you during the exchange process.
Please contact us at sales@curvyqt.com immediately after your package arrives for return instructions. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of order.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Shipping on return merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.
The item you are exchanging must be in new and unused condition. We do not accept garments that have been worn or misused i.e. stains, burns, etc. or have smoke, detergent, perfume, deodorant or pet odors.
Exchanges can take up to 2 weeks to process. However it is unlikely that this will happen unless the size is unavailable. We will make every effort to make the exchange process go smoothly and quickly.
We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are nonrefundable)
